We opened our doors for the first time in 2012: a family business in Leamington Spa. REAL is a combination of the family’s initials; the close-knit and family-centred ethos is something that has stayed with us from the beginning.
When we started, much of our inspiration came from a desire to create a welcoming environment for like-minded people looking for somewhere totally different to exercise. We didn’t buy in to the hollow promises and profit-first mentality of the health and fitness industry and knew we weren’t alone.
Our founders, Ray and Andrew, changed our business offering in 2020 to reflect the changes we were seeing in the world around us. What our clients truly love about us (and what we truly love about them) is the partnership that is formed from their health-related journey.
We are invested in your long-term goals and an overall improvement that is sustainable and enjoyable. We think health should be a journey, not a quick fix, with constant guidance from our team of Physiotherapists and Sports Rehabilitators.
