Lucy is our Pilates Lead, having taught in London, the Midlands and Melbourne. Lucy is strong and passionate, yet empathetic and gentle. Lucy will ensure all her clients are progressing week by week and uses her love of sport and movement to help people achieve their own goals. Her insight into how the human body moves is very apparent in all her classes. In her spare time, Lucy is enjoying running, lifting weights and of course Pilates.
Oxana is a registered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor at REAL. After graduating in 2017, she has gained experience in neurological rehabilitation, MSK and Pilates working in a disability clinic for children with cerebral palsy and autism and in a physiotherapy and sports injury clinic. She has also completed APPI Pilates trainings level 1 and 2. Out of work, she likes to spend time with family and friends, exercise and read science fiction books.
Sian is Sports Rehabilitator and Pilates Instructor at REAL. She has a wide range of experience, from working with professional football and rugby clubs, providing pitch-side first aid and injury assessment and management, to MSK skills in a private injury clinic and a private clinic specialising in spinal conditions and scoliosis. She has also completed APPI Matwork Level 1 and 2. Outside of work, she is a keen runner and enjoys playing netball.
Azhar graduated in 2016 as a sports therapist. After graduation he started out by helping with pitch side first aid for local football teams. Azhar gained a couple of years of hands-on experience then ventured out as a self-employed mobile sports massage therapist. Azhar is also a qualified cupping therapist, he has gained a lot of experience over the past few years in assessing sports injuries, giving exercise advice and working with rehabilitation patients.
Outside of work he likes playing football, tricking (a bit like parkour) and going to the gym. He loves funky shoes and has quite a collection!
