For your Sweet tooth... Banana Oat pancakes
I am sucker for something sweet, so these Banana Oat pancakes are my go-to when I need to satisfy that craving for breakfast or brunch!
Ingredients
- 60 grams Oats
- 150ml milk of your choice
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- Whatever toppings you fancy- my favourite is some chopped strawberries and blueberries with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Instructions
- Start by blending your oats until they make an oat flour
- Add in all your other ingredients
- Blend everything all together for a few minutes until it’s a smooth batter
- To cook add some low cal spray or oil into a pan and start pouring in the batter
- Cook for approx 90secs each side and a flip for old time sake 😊
- Serve up and top with your chosen toppings and enjoy!
